In District students are students who reside within Pleasant Grove
Joint Union School District boundaries are registering for the first time.
You will need to attach a Residence Verification Form, your child's
current Immunization Record and your child's Birth Certificate.
Inter District students are student who reside outside Pleasant Grove
Joint Union School District boundaries and wish to attend Pleasant
Grove School. You will need to submit your child's current report card, current state test
results (for grades 3rd - 8th) and an attendance report if attendance is not
on the report card.
